Oh like seriously, who's that nut who invented teeline?!
For those who don't know, teeline is basically a form of shorthand.
Yes, a shorthand so brillant, i have to spend three weeks learning it.
It's like learning your language all over again. Imagine having to learn ABCs right from the start, in a whole new langauge. Now my ABCs are all in weird symbols.
And learning these symbols aren't all. What i'm learning now, is the shorthand of these symbols. Basically, i'm learning the shorthand of shorthand.
Man. Suddenly i miss writing with the english alphabet.
Class is torturous. Hmm, but the breaks in between makes everything better. We have tea and sandwhiches delivered at 11 and then lunch at 1 and then spinelli's at 3pm. Haha. I'm sure gonna gain weight after these three weeks.
Anyway, the weird thing is, i miss work. I do enjoy the short hours and the relax pace of having nothing to worry abt. But man, i do miss the rush of working and writing stories.
That explains why i am blogging - my only excuse for the next three weeks to write in simple, oh so nice english.
Anyway, i'm gonna be scouting around for a malay course to take up.
There's no reason to feel bad
But there are many reasons to feel glad, sad, mad
