Learning to stay on track.

I'm back.
It's been awhile.
You know what? When you start working, the last thing you want to do when you get home is to switch on your computer and type another paragraph onto your blog site.
Work work, now, let's see how i should decribe it.
It's a weird thing. It's interesting in the sense that you're doing something different everyday, there's this constant bit of excitement because new things could come your way very suddenly. But then there's the time crunch when you can't get the news out fast enough. Right now, i'm still pretty new and so things aren't as bad. But as i look on at my colleagues, it seems they are rather stretched. It's definately a profession you've got to love to stay on, and i wonder for how long if the hours are that unfriendly. We shall see.
Meanwhile. This weekend was an eventful one :)
Spent time with dearie, conquering ikea as it was opened till 12am for the shoppers to beat the GST hike. Then there was the long wait for the famous bedok ba-chor-mee. Yum yum definately. How can a simple dish taste soooo good?
Sunday morning was dim sum breakfast and then church. I felt it was a great service cause it was talking about excelling in the wkplace and finally work's relevant to me. Spent the afternoon visiting dearie's sis who just gave birth to a cute little baby girl. I always get this sense of amazement when a new life is bornt. I wonder how parents cope, a tiny, fragile little thing that's gonna grow up so fast.
Oh wells. :)
Alrighty, monday's gonna be a day of errands and tasks. ironing being my least favorite followed by the mandatory run. boo-hoo.
There's no reason to feel bad
But there are many reasons to feel glad, sad, mad
Its just a bunch of feelings that we have to hold
But i am here to help you with the load.
Wow look at you now
Flowers in the window
It's such a lovely day
And i am glad that you feel the same
Cause to stand up i'm in the crowd
You're one in a million
And i love you so, so lets watch the flowers grow.
