And so i didn't know what got into me, but i was very keen on expanding my little 'gym'. Yes, basically my gym consists of my trusty wave hula-hoop and my pair of 2kgs dumbbells. So everynight when i'm watching the 1.35am show, i'll hula for 30 minutes and then do my weights routine. Been pretty happy with the results.
However, lazy me never got down to doing my crunches no matter how flabby my tummy got. So...i bought the ab roller yesterday! Woohoo. Now now, this ain't no easy feat. Excited with my new 'toy', i quickly got on my knees when i got home to try out the machine.
Blah!I fell flat on my face!

Anyway, i'm gonna keep trying, till i finally get it right. Then, i'll be able to show off my taut tummy one day while parading in that bikini joanne bought me for christmas. haha.
