27th August - The Big Plunge.
________________________________________________________________
And so, finally got my baptism pictures posted!
It was a big day for me. The third time i tried getting myself baptised. The first time round, my parents objected because i was only 17, the second time round, my grandma passed away on the weekend i was to be baptised. This time round, everything went PERFECT! Looking back now, it was perhaps God's plan. If i got baptised at 17, i'm pretty sure my parents wouldn't understand and support my decision. Now, they even came down to support me on my big day! Double happiness.
I was alittle nervous during praise and worship before the baptism began. It was a big step of faith and a declaration too. No turning back now, it's a covenant with God, you just can't break it. It felt like a big step, especially for someone like me who doesn't really like making big decisions. But when we started praying, his peace came upon me and i knew it was the right thing to do. An act of obedience i should have done long ago.
No words can truely describe the experience. I was basically super high the entire day...and night. It was like running on turbo. Charged and fresh, anew.
Wonderful.
No regrets.
Thank you lord.
Now finally.....you get to check out the pictures!

There's no reason to feel bad
But there are many reasons to feel glad, sad, mad
Its just a bunch of feelings that we have to hold
But i am here to help you with the load.
Wow look at you now
Flowers in the window
It's such a lovely day
And i am glad that you feel the same
Cause to stand up i'm in the crowd
You're one in a million
And i love you so, so lets watch the flowers grow.
