Feelings: In&out

I've been out of control recently.
From last week:
Fri - Dim Sum for Lunch
- Kenny Rogers for Dinner (Chicken+ribs+potato salad+mac&cheese+oily beans)
Sat - Outback for Dinner (Alice Springs Chicken - Chicken topped with mushrooms+bacon, covered in cheese and deep fried battered mushrooms for appetitiser)
Sun - DURIANS! (need i explain more?!)
Mon - More Durians!
Tues - Billy Bombers for Lunch ( Mushroom beef burger topped with cheese + potato salad)
- HK Cha Chan Teng for Dinner ( Peanut butter condensed milk toast)
Now feeling: Extremely grossed out with myself.
Worse till, i went running today but felt so extremely lethargic. It was a bad run, no motivation, kept wanting to stop. This can't go on! Run baby run!
Now, enough of the physical side. Boo.
Am glad things between kevin and me are better :O) I hope it lasts.
I don't know if it's tiredness, i don't know if it's a change in lifestyle, but things just doesn't seem as rosy. How much can you depend on someone? At the end of the day, it just boils down to God, yourself and family.
Ahhh...gilmore always makes me feel better. Out of sight, out of mind.

Finally the long delayed retreat pictures! A couple of weeks back, i went on the most amazing cellgroup retreat we ever had! Errr..actually it was our first. haha. Whatever it is, we had a blast. There was great praise and worship, sharing, games, gifts and most importantly, precious time for 3 days 2 nights worth of crazy bonding! We all left tired and shagged but with a new tightness among us.
Anyway, michelle and ketlun will be leaving for sabah in 3 days. If u guys are reading this, hmmm...go lor...go back lor...sabah don't have pasta mania, mos burger, expo and kbox lor...go back lor...! On a more serious note, we'll definately miss u guys! Even i'll miss u guys abit lor..haha. All the best and i'll cya soon!

Boo. Why am i so like that?! Even i find myself so unbelivably incredulous sometimes.
I like stability, i like a constance. I like my plans, and following them. I like waking up stress-free yet i like challenges. I like hopeless romantics yet i hate naive cliches. I like looking into a blue sky yet i hate it when it's scorching hot. I like losing weight yet i hate losing my boobs along too. I like responsible people yet i dislike being tied down. I like being a free soul yet i get too bored when i'm free.
I contradict myself. People don't understand. I express all i feel and then i feel worse. I know i shouldn't speak my mind all the time, but i really can't help it. Till they come tumbling out of my mouth, then i wish they hadn't.
Be slow to speak and quick to listen. Yes, working towards that.
I want it all ya know? The perfect kinda world, where everything goes according to plan. Where parents don't fight, siblings don't squabble, couples stay forever true to each other and friends are there when you need them. Ah-hah!
And i said i hate naive cliches.
Right here, right here. I know there's something i need to change. But how?
