BOO! It's officially tuesday! The holidays' gonna be over in less than 24 hours and i am officially having wednesday blues.
Anyway, new year has been really busy! No time no time! Here there, here there, TV, steamboat, loveletters, bah kua, dai dee, black jack, ANG BAOs. Haha. That's about it. Just came back from a movie with boon, sis and future bro-in-law. Watched the new jim carrey show. Thumbs up!
Relatives are coming over tmr, it's gonna be a long day. Cleaning, entertaining and of course, preparing myself for work tmr. :(

Chinese New Year is drawing nearer and nearer! Am counting down the days and looking forward to the long weekend! :)
Anyways, i stole the picture from our CG's blog. Haha. It was taken during our zone dinner. I went thinking it was purely a dinner thing, but somehow it turned out to be an SDU kinda thing. haha. It was hilarious. Sze and i went all out trying to know this guy but it was ruined by the aunties from our cg!1 Haiyo...so many extra how to get to know each other?! haha. It was a fun night though.

You lock your door, you get down on your knees, and you start to worship. And always, its the same song that brings me closer to him than ever. The heart of worship.

It was the first song that made me realise that perhaps there truely is a god. And today, i learnt to put my full trust unto him.
When you really bare your soul and seek out, what you will find and receive, it's beyond your imagination.
When you find drops of tears running down your cheeks while you worship, amazing. When you cry because of broken friendships, relationships, out of exasperation, these tears only seem to add on to your burdens and leave you with nothing but puffy eyes. But when its a touch from above, you cry and feel lighter than ever.
It's not easy always being faithful in his house, but you know what, there's nothing else i would give this up for.

Work is a dread. I find no satisfaction, no sense of achievement. I look around me and i tell myself, perhaps you are in the wrong place. But i think again, and realise that i am the one to make out what i want to get out of this place in 6 months. It's a crazy world out there, show me the way lord.
On a happier note, i read something and was captivated somehow.
I felt Bobby starring at me and looked up. Our eyes met, and he held my gaze as though he were holding me and then he looked away and it was over and he was gone, like a one minute stand. - The wonderspot, Melissa Bank.
