That weird joy in my life.

It's funny after going through all that, it feels as if we are back at square one again.
Peter just called me, sounding so happy and excited. Apparently, he has finally decided on what to get me for my birthday and christmas. We chatted for half an hour, and it felt so good. Like when we first knew each other 11 months back.
We were both cheery and bubbly, joking and exchanging sarcasm at our very best. It was so unlike the last couple of phone calls where things were rather hostile. Being able to have such conversations with him again made me realised why i was so attracted to him from the start.
Everything happened so fast in the states, excitement, joy, passion, love, seperation, grief. All these in 9 short months. And now i am happy, after ending the love we had, we could still maintain our joy and concern for each other.
I guess u'll always be in my life, no matter how far away you are. I guess you'll always be important to me, perhaps not as my man, but as the guy i can communicate best with.
Thank you for putting in that extra effort to prevent our fairy tale from turning into a tragedy completely.
Don't mistake me, i still think u screwed things up, but then again, perhaps it was all meant to be.

I am a happy girl today!!!!
Mom got me my birthday present!!! A lovely lovely gorgeous diamond cross!!! It's my first!!! Err...actually grandma did give me some diamond pendant yrs back, but that doesnt count lar. So i am super excited about my diamond cross. -grinzgrinzgrinz- It's so pretty i asked mom to keep it till i come back from thailand so that she can give it to me properly and give me the "now u are 21 yr old and must be a good n mature girl" speech. :)

Yep, and i got my frames for my poster today, and visited grandma, and spent time with my cousins. Haiyo. Life is good during the holidays. And i met boon yesterday, we had yet another one of our wonderfully sinful dinners. Dinner at moonfish and then dessert at the chocolate bar! The chocolate thing is nice but overpriced lar.
Anyways, i am so struggling through my new book. It sucks. And i hate to admit that i spent good money on a lousy book. Pengu*in cant be trusted anymore! The books they published...boo... Anyways, am dying to pull myself through this book so i can buy my next! Already decided!!! And the plan is to get sis to get it for me. haha. btw, sis thinks my diamond cross is gorgeous too. :)

And so i have this college mate who's on my msn list. And guess what? I am so tempted to block him.
WHY?!
Because his msn nick(S) annoys me!!!
He went from: "heartbroken:nothing's gonna keep me from you..." to "tears in my heart you cannot see" to "life is meaningless" to "you can't keeep me away from what i want" to "trying to be brave and moving on" to "heartache:things will get better" to "all i see is you, and all i hear is you".
My goodness.
I have no idea why, but his constant "its so the end of the world because you do not want my love" nicknames are irritating the hell outta me. Blah. Just get it over with and stop declaring your utter disappointment and loveache on the bloody msn!

Anyways, just a thought after gilmore girls. So lorelai was about to get married, and then she backed off the night before the wedding.
