Dear friends, i haven been updating in awhile because my laptop connection is still down. Sigh. Now my laptop is fine, but the network cable is down. Luck just aint with me huh? Anyway, i dont really have time to blog now, just wanna let everyone know that i am still pretty much well and alive. Enjoying my time here in LA ALOT. haha.
Oh yah, and bestfriend, i will call u soon to ask u about your trip. I need to know where u will be visiting in LA, and if you are visiting the areas within my reach, i just might stay till the first few days of june before i go back home. Yep..so go check out where u'll be ok! And then i will call u, prob tonight or tmr night.

Easter sunday!

And so..i am still stuck in the lab. My laptop is apparently fine now, but there is now some problems with my internet cable jack. Isnt it just so irritating? All these technology. Urghh.
It was EASTER yesterday~! Woohoo. Haha. Invited three friends to church, they came, and i hope they enjoyed the service. It's funny how when i invite friends to chc back home, i worry about how they may just be so distracted with the professionality of our performances, get irritated by the frentic seats bookings...but when i invite ppl to the small church yesterday, i was worried that they might be bored, that they'll fall asleep. Haiyo. It seems like its so impossible to please everyone. But oh wells. Service went well yesterday, i think my friends enjoyed themselves. We had a bbq for lunch after service, and there were games too. which we were all very enthusiastic about. So that was kinda funny. Hoho. There was also an egg hunt! haha. Fun fun!
Went ktv with my friends afterwhich. We've been KTV-ing alot. Haha. And when we start, we go on and on for at least five hours. I am like horrible at singing, and so are 2 of my other friends, so we just have fun while the other two professionals laugh at us. Haha. Met him for dinner afterwhich. Oh yah! I went to his house the other day, it was so funny. Haha. His parents are so so so differnt from him. They speak mandarin and teochew so well. And he cant even speak them properly! Haha. So me, his mom and his dad, we were basically talking bad about him in mandarin and teochew without him knowing. Hilarious! They are pretty nice people, i guess they feel closer to me since i speak their language. So communication wasnt a problem.
Haiya...gotta go for class now. And i'll be hibernating at starbucks tonight. Another article! :(

Stuck in the lab!

Hey guys! I am back from vegas. And my dearest laptop is still down. Darn darn darn. It's with my friend now, i hope it will be fine by tmr, whatever he's gonna do to it, please just revive it lord! I hate having to do my work in the computer lab! And i am gonna be stuck here today, a saturday, because i have an article due tonight. This sucks.
Anyway, hoho. Vegas was OK. There really isnt much to do when you've visited it like three times, and when you dont gamble. I wasted 20bucks at the slots. Could have done more shopping with that man. Went outlet shopping too! hoho. Finally got my ralph lauren shirt that i always wanted to get. The fit is just so nice man. Hopefully my mom dont scream when she sees my credit card bill for the month. Oh yah, we had buffet again. Yes, 2 buffets in 2 days! I am turning into a huge ugly pig with bad hair and a horrible complexion. This is kinda sad. Anyway, the people were really fun. Six of us went. Three guys and three girls. And we stayed in a suite. Gosh, the three guys, are the three gayest guys i've ever seen. Immediately when we got to the suite, they "freshened up". Shower, shave, cologne, hair wax, looking and smelling great while the three girls just lazed around in bed watching tv. Haha. But they are also the three biggest snorers i've ever shared a room with. I couldnt sleep the first night at all! Till i remembered i brought my ipod! So i stuck it in and just fell asleep listening to it. So now, my husband, cant snore. No snoring. NO! Anyway, these three guys are also the most giving guys i've met. They paid for the hotel, they paid for the car, they paid for the gas, and they brought us dinner. It was like going out with our sugar daddies. All i paid for was my shopping and some lunches. So thanks guys! Why cant more singaporean guys be like that?! haha.
Anyway, i got sharon's postcard today! Thanks sharon! Haven been able to talk to u guys much. It was really nice to get a card all the way from back home :) And C.H.A.M! I saw the msg xiaoli left on the tagboard. Why is everyone going away?! And when! Let let know man. I dont wanna go back to singapore and have no one to hang out with! Let me know let me know! Email me bestfriend, ame and xiaoli! oKOK...i SHOULD go now, gotta DO MY WORK! ARGGGHHH.

Comp trouble

My laptop is down. This is so damn irritating. It actually got infested by some virus while i was posting pictures onto my blog...Urghh. Brought it to the computer shop in school today, and they actually charge a fee of minimum 80 USD for them to fix the problem. This is crazy man! Like what! Ntu just charge us 10 sing bucks! America is a crazy country, USC is a crazy sch. Yea..so am gonna try and get help from some of my friends to help me fix it instead. Meanwhile, i am gonna go vegas this coming wednesday again! haha. crazy i know...but looking forward to the outlet shopping! Till then. cya.
